STARTERS

Parsnip & pear soup, root vegetable crisps
Duck & damson terrine, spiced fig chutney, toast
Castell beetroot cured salmon, Welsh mustard, potato & capers
Melon with mulled wine jelly, wild berry pure

MAINS

Traditional roast turkey with seasonal accompaniments
Roast pheasant, creamed potatoes, crushed sprouts,wild mushroom & brandy sauce
Pan fried seabass, new potatoes,prawn & chive butter
